Effective Date: January 04, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Cekbook, including our web app, billing features, client management, project tools, and support tools (together, the Services). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview

Cekbook is built to help individuals and teams manage day to day business work such as invoices, customers, projects, tasks, and support tickets. These Terms describe the rules for using Cekbook and what you can expect from us.

In these Terms, Cekbook, we, us, and our refer to the Cekbook platform. You and your refer to the person or organization using the Services.

2. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or improvements. If we make important updates, we will try to provide notice inside the product or on our website. Continuing to use the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support immediately.

If you create accounts for staff members, you are responsible for their activity and for setting appropriate permissions inside your workspace.

4. Billing and subscriptions

Some parts of Cekbook require a paid subscription. Prices, limits, and billing cycles are shown on the pricing page and inside your account. If you choose a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the fees and applicable taxes on the schedule you select.

If a payment fails or becomes overdue, we may pause or limit access until payment is resolved. You can cancel your subscription based on the options provided in your account.

5. Service availability and support

We aim to keep Cekbook available and reliable, but no online service can guarantee zero downtime. Maintenance, updates, or unexpected issues may occasionally affect access. If you experience problems, contact support with details so we can investigate.

We may change, improve, or discontinue features over time. If a change has a major impact on paid users, we will try to communicate it clearly.

6. Refunds

Digital services are typically provided immediately after signup. If you believe you were charged incorrectly or cannot access paid features due to a verified issue on our side, contact support. Refunds or service credits, if any, are handled case by case and may depend on your plan, usage, and the time since purchase.

If you cancel, you may retain access until the end of your current billing period unless stated otherwise in your plan.

7. Links, integrations, and third parties

Cekbook may support integrations or link to third party services. Those services are owned and operated by others, and their terms and privacy policies apply. We are not responsible for third party services, content, or outages.

When you connect an integration, you are choosing to share data with that provider based on the permissions you approve.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Cekbook. This includes attempting to access accounts you do not own, disrupting the platform, sending spam, hosting illegal content, or violating any applicable law. If we detect abuse, we may suspend or terminate access to protect the platform and other users.

If you run customer communications through Cekbook, you are responsible for consent, compliance, and message content.

9. Your data and privacy

You own the data you upload to Cekbook. We process your data to provide the Services and to keep the platform functioning securely. For details about data handling and your rights, please review our Privacy Policy.

You can update your account details from your dashboard. We do not store your card details on our servers when payments are handled by a payment processor.

10. Limitations and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cekbook is provided as is. We do not guarantee that the Services will be error free or uninterrupted. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law. If a limitation is not allowed in your region, it applies to the maximum extent permitted.
